If Obama really wanted to implement even the most crazy of the fears of the right like; a Socialist America with slave camps, indoctrination, and worst of all more gun control. How, would the military allow all this, would they just blindly follow orders until we all had ID chips in us and there was a one nation world.
No man or organization can rule America without the army. So, I wouldn’t be so worried.

This is illegal and shameful, and this gun company should be fired. Also, the weapons need to be removed from military circulation. There is no question it’s a violation of the Constitution.

Violation of church & state anybody? There are a whole lot of people in the military who either aren’t religious or belong to a different religion, yet they put their lives on the line like everyone else. Supposedly, they are fighting for a country that doesn’t try to push any one religion on people and doesn’t persecute religious minorities.

Firearms Collectors Permit in New York State?

Does anyone know if federal or New York state law allows for a permit for the possession of firearms which are normally considered prohibited, if they can be considered historical artifacts? Example: Fully automatic weapons are prohibited except to law enforcement & military; can someone own a WWI or WWII machine gun in full working order, based on historical significance?

Include perks and attachments and equipment for each of the three custom classes.

What is a fair price on an Israeli Military .308 rifle?

I’m considering buying a IMI .308 rifle for 0 + tax. The shop owner said the rifle is an older one, and that the previous owner took good care of the gun. Is this a fair price for the rifle?
I forgot to mention that it is a semi-automatic rifle, NOT a bolt action rifle.
