I believe that Republicans are pro-weapons because of vested interests in war-related industries (weapons, fighter planes, radar technology etc.). Many military people argue that they’re better off with a Republican president because of this misconception – but historically speaking, it seems that there are more troop deployments under Republican administrations than Democrat administrations. What’s your view?
"Republicans are pro what is logical and necessary"??? Maybe we should rename them "Vulkans"! LMAO!
I know a long time ago I read that soldiers were mailing back guns in different pieces back to their home of the weapons they found. Do you think this still happens or did the military get more strict about this?
Oh I forgot to mention what kind of trouble you can get in if caught too.
I’m on a search to figure out America’s first semi-automatic sniper rifle. I know the M-1 Garand was used as a marksman’s rifle in WW2, but its primary use was an infantry rifle. Does anyone know the first semi-automatic sniper rifle designated to the role of the U.S. Sniper?
Is the transportation of nuclear weapons governed by international treaties, i.e., the types of ships that can carry them, permitted ports-of call, etc.? I’m researching the subject. Thanx!
I thought I was the only one having problems with it. Its a piece of junk. Now a lot of soldiers are finally complaining about it. Vietnam vets are saying they almost died because of it jamming so easily. I bet some people have. No country in the world uses them except the one’s that can’t afford to buy them so we give them out for free. The AK-47 is the rifle of choice. Is it because we are too ashamed to use a Russian designed weapon?
I would find it hard to believe that a lot of people haven’t died because of it.
I dont thinks its a good idea to breakdown your weapon to clean it in the middle of a firefight.
I know we were all outraged about the abortionist who was senselessly gunned down – but I have not seen the same outrage for the senseless killing of a new military member in Little Rock – why>?
And why hasn’t O issued a statement yet, I know he was quick to express his outrage over the abortionist who was murdered, but nothing yet on the attacks on U.S. soldiers here at home?
Doesnt anyone know of airsoft versions of The Intervention and M21/M14 from Modern Warfare 2 that are 400+ fps? (i’ve like those guns before mw2 and i just used it as a reference) it doesnt matter if there a spring or an electric. id prefer the M21/M14 to be electric but i dont care if it isnt. i know the the real m14 isnt really a sniper rifle but in airsoft it sometimes is.
My adult daughter wants to shoot one of my military rifles. She is of small stature and shooting the rifle as is would be punishing because the firearm would not properly fit her shoulder. Used stocks are available and cheap. I would like to shorten a used stock and put on a shotgun recoil pad or install the buttplate from my stock. I don’t want to do this by trial and error. How do I determine the proper length for the stock?
well last year i heard them say something about in 2008 finally replacing the M4. then they came up with teh XM8 but that got canceled….but i havent heard anything about teh FN SCAR being canceled..do you guys really think the FN scar is gunna take the place of the M4 and M16???? i REALLY hope they dont replace the M16 ill be really dissapointed…do whatever u want with the M4 but not the M16 lol
so does anyone know the REAL story behind the replacement situation?
also i heard theyre replacing the M249 with this thing called MK46..is that true also?
most appreciated

gave i highly disagree but u show a good point. althrough the AK 47 is HIGHLY powerful, it lacks accuracy and the violent recoil throws it off, u would not win a distant firefight in 300 meters and over if u had an AK. that is why our military rejected the AK in the first place..way innacurate
I’m starting high school soon and I was just wondering with 1% intention to do much serious about it. How can you learn if you are interested in it without much to learn from? I do have some of an interest in guns, I love reading on their history and how accurate and amazingly deadly they are, but really, what guy doesn’t?
Also, I heard you need certain diplomas and stuff to get involved. I would like to, but wouldn’t getting another education give you better job opportunities?
i am a gun owner and i am also a centrist (pro-bama), however im unsure weather the obama administration wants to ban military style rifles (ar’s aks fals etc…)
please do not spout hateful dogma as it will promptly be deleted.
i want a good quality air soft sniper rifle, spring powered and within the price range of 130-200 dollars, with over 400 fps, scope and bypod included. and it wont malfunction within a month.
I’d see that it is true. I imagine they also say that women shouldn’t learn any combat self defense arts, or be allowed to use a gun. Also aside from biological reasons, do women in the military have a low standard to save money and time, and are they trained differently from males? Just asking.
to learn about the pro's and con's of each as well as the biggest mistake all the "heavy artillery" guys make when choosing "terminator ammo"!
