This so called war in Iraq was supposed to be easy. Why can’t the USA military beat a bunch of rag tag men with basic weapons? Could it be the USA bit off more than it can chew? The USA military is eating crow. How come the war supporters aren’t embarrassed about having their butts handed to them each and everyday?

My friend is having a huge paintball fight at his land (106 acres) and I love to snipe. I don’t currently own a paintball gun and I want to make the best choice so if anyone can help my budget is 0-225$. (depending on the gun maby more)
Also if there is a cheap sidearm that would be pretty cool also.

What kinda jobs are there in the military for weapons maintenance, cleaning just anything of that sort I’ve talked to a marine recruiter he said something about armory position but didn’t go in much detail I’ve talked to a army recruiter too he kinda blew off my questions though told me to take some test and go on a goarmy.com but it didn’t really answer much

I know that everyone says that being a cop in like suberban areas, and small towns is boring, but a place like NYC, how could that be boring???
And yes I know that the pay is terrible but I’m not concerned about that because I love NYC and want an exciting job.
If it is boring anyone have any suggestions for an exciting job, preferably one that involves getting training and the use of firearms, besides the military?

Im about to go into the Air Force and go into Security Forces. I used to do a lot of stuff for my local PD and i noticed a few officers had purchased their own pistols (a S&W M&P) Ive also heard of a few troops in iraq and Afghanistan using their own cash to fix/upgrade their weapons. My question is are Security forces personal allowed to purchase their own sidearms for on duty use? Ive heard horror stories about the M9, which is the current issued weapon for SF and when i held one it didn’t feel right in my hand.
please allow me to clarify im not dissing the M9. It is a nice sidearm i just have different preferances.
