Can I own a gun or join the military with juvenile felonies and misdemeanors in Florida?

Convicted felons – including those adjudicated as juveniles – are prohibited from owning guns under Federal law.

Criminal convictions, depending on their number and seriousness, will either ban you from joining the military, or require a waiver. Again, there is no exception for juvenile offenses.
