Yes….and you can apply later (I think in a year or so) to have the OTH changed to a general discharge so your DD214 won’t contain the blemish. Good luck purchasing your heater.

I’m 99% certain the answer is yes. As far as I know only a dishonorable discharge would prevent you from buying a firearm.
