Can someone under 21 legally own an incomplete regulated firearm in Md, minus the receiver (barrel, bolt carrier, handguard, pistol grip etc.) Say, unassembled parts to an AR15 or Ak47…and can the same person legally buy/sell/transfer ‘parts’ and/or ‘parks kits’ with the exception of the receiver?.. if so, is the receiver the only part that requires an FFL?

I know that they updated it to the M16 A2 model in the 80′s but it is still the same direct gas system, I always thought piston operated systems were more reliable.

I already got second perk which is sleight of hand and I want a assault rifle class which is good for close to mid range class. Or even long range. Anyways I only use the guns enfield, famas, and m16 because i like the beginning guns. Thanks!
