Theres not really much you can do with that money and being an airsoft sniper. Your best bet is getting a JG BAR http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=154_157&products_id=2493 and using some of the extra money to upgrade it to get that high fps and a decent range with the gun.

Kapowwe.com has a whole section for sniper rifles.
But i bought a TSD M14 socom from them, stretched the spring a bit and am getting a tight bore barrell, and its amazing! Shoots far and makes ya bleed.

Like Hard Rock said, the JG BAR 10 is your best option. Following that, or if you don’t want to upgrade your rifle, the UTG L96 is a good option. It’s not very accurate without modification, but the stock FPS and range are great.
