cheap chinese guns, possibly?

May 16th, 2010 by eranio

i know im just getting my hopes up and it will never happen, but do the chinese have out of date military guns stocked up(like the iron curtain), because supposedly their economy is going to crash in 9-12 months, and if that happens what are the chances of something similar to the cheap iron curtain guns happening again(if their economy goes really bad, like greece)?

also does anyone have any idea of where to get 5.8x42mm chinese ammo?
@eddygordo19: DAMN!!!!!

@Andrews 2.0: the full autos would be brought over in the same way as the ak parts kits, also if the chinese make something for their own county it is supposedly better quality, also i have a chinese sino-soviet sks
george bush banned norinco imports, does that mean if some other chinese place exported it we would be able to get them

    I think there’s an import ban in the U.S. on all Chinese guns.

    Erm… look. If I were you, I’d stay away from anything and everything that is Chinese… especially firearms…

    Another thing to think about, is what they’re producing En Mass… full auto? Forget it. If it’s military stuff they’re making (and that you’re looking into as surplus), then it’s likely to be a CIII implement… big no-no from big brother.

    I could buy a Chinese SKS for probably around $300, or purchase a quality western european or American rifle or handgun for about that price (albeit used)… guess what I’m gonna pick?

    If you want Chinese surplus move to Canada. Since the US has banned Chinese arms from being imported they all go to Canada among other places. Canadians are drowning in Chinese SKS, Type 97A, TT33 , M213, M14, etc…

    Well Chinese Ammuntion is legally aloud over the boarder from canada —> USA long as its for personal use and not giant ammounts.. so just buy off an online store in canada. many will have, Some Will not.

    nope. unless you can get he government to unban its import ban on all chinese made guns and ammunition.

    I love Norinco stuff. their guns are reliable, rugged, simple and tough. never break, and actually they need not be cleaned in a lifetime and they’ll be ok. I wish I was around to buy guns before the 1993 ban. Then I’d have like 10 of every Norinco gun

    you can still buy them in Canada and bring them into the US. Bit of an issue on the Canadian side though.
