If it is not part of your class you must take weapon Proficiency. The feat only trains you with one weapon, not a whole class of weapons.

Racial feats allow dwarves or gnomes to become proficient in a variety of military weapons, including superior weapons that ordinarily require separate Weapon Proficiency feats to master. (Dwarven Weapon Training…best feat ever.) There is no way to simply add proficiency with all military weapons to an existing character without starting with a class that gives that proficiency.
