Apparenlty a bunch of stolen military hardawe have ended up on the net and are being sold to the highest bidder. Some of those have actually been purchased by countries such as Iran.

Interesting, but not exactly weapons, just parts and some other hardware. Still a bit disturbing.

You can’t buy weapons just parts of weapons.

Please reread the article. Parts of weapons have been sold on Ebay and Craigslist, however selling on these websites prevents person from shipping internationally. The fear is that someone in the states will buy the items and then give them to nations like Iran

Outdated comm equipment for old f-14s should not worry you as much as the speculation of the presence of SU-27′s and MiG-31′s in Iran. Both were built to tackle our F-15 and F-16. While the sale of suce equipment on eBay might raise some flags with the media, it is the sale of equipment that is not documented that is more worrisome. Eastern bloc hardware is made more available everyday to people who know how to obtain it.

Well if Iran wants a lid to a canteen who really cares. Ebay doesn’t sell guns and most of the stuff on those sites is pretty harmless although dumb little countries should not be allowed to get anything.
