Military training is MUCH different than civilian weapons safety class. We still have to do what ever local law requires.

    You can buy a firearm.

    I have bought many firearms.

I have never been required to take any classes to buy a firearm.

As an American I have a RIGHT to buy firearms.

I have a bunch of firearms

you only need classes for hunters education, not to buy firearms.
