Do rappers get arrested for admitting crimes in songs?
Some rappers on probation rap about selling drugs, killing people, and having guns, aren’t they admitting guilt?
Also;
My friend goes around lying to girls that he buys illegal military assault rifles and sells drugs- blah blah blah, but in reality he is a wuss and has never even shot a pistol, can’t he be arrested for "admitting" these things?
I don’t get it.

Not without further evidence. People say a lot of things, and not all of it is true. It may bring someone to the attention of the police, and they may get investigated, but you can’t get arrested or charged without more than just what you say.

Rap is art. Its not an admission. And shooting a pistol doesn’t make good rap music. The flow and rhythm mixed with the talent is what makes a good rap or rapper. Like Eminem, Immortal technique.

No they cannot. As long as there is no proof of any criminal actions happening.
U can sing and talk of those things you listed depending on the way its put. if you were going to go tell people for example: Im going to go kill…….. and someone takes it serious and call law enforcement that person can get charged. It all depends on the wording mostly.
