I see no proof. Why do we need to regulate guns? Like Chicago regulates them…then explain to me why Chicago has the highest murder rate in the US.

I could never understand why people pick the smaller percentage of people over the larger percent…because there are more legal and law abiding gun owners than illegal ones. Depending on your state you have probably walked past dozens of conceal carry permit holders and did not even know it.
The way you label me is like me putting you in the same category as Jessie Jackson and your 1st Amendment rights.
I am a legal and law abiding gun owner, an NRA member, Christian youth minister, and I am not an extremist because I value any of my rights that the US Constitution gives me and every other AMERICAN in this country. I am not racist, in fact, I am only as racist and extreme as YOU make me.

Waiting for the proof or your point; you left somethign out.
On gun regulation, I have no issue with the states deciding that some gun models are out while others are in. Certainly, crew-served machine guns are over-powered.
However, I think the feds should back completely away from deciding who can own a gun. Let the states decide this within their own borders.
If D.C. or New York wants defenseless serfs instead of armed citizens, then fine. If Alaska and Montana want free people with frontier spirits and the rugged individualism necessary to take the responsibility of owning a firearm, then that’s fine also.
But when the feds decide who can or cannot own a firearm, they are acting outside their boundaries set by the Constitution and therefore outside the law.
After all, the "Right of the People to Keep and Bear Arms" is about placing a check and balance against the federal government becoming too powerful.

Since when is defending anything in our Constitution a bad thing to do? Only since the Democratic Socialists decided you wanted to take over this country.
If you want to give up your guns and call yourself a racist… go ahead. No one’s stopping you. But that doesn’t make the rest of us racist and don’t expect us to give our guns up because it isn’t going to happen. And the reason it isn’t going to happen is because you Democratic Socialists want to take over this country.
