Ok he was in the Army and this was during WWII but he died in 1979.

I suppose it would depend on whatever time period the funeral is issued in but always rifles

Modified M16? Modified to what? Do you know anything?
Probably not.
We use a standard M16-A2.
Some details will use an M1 or maybe an M14, though.
