Well to unlock the ‘Tier 2′ weapons you need to play a round of the Special Forces expansion using your account, either by buying it or playing it on someone elses computer.

You will need to buy Battlefield 2: Special Forces Expansion Pack.
You will then need to install the Battlefield 2 series in this order:
- Install Battlefield 2
- Install Battlefield 2: Special Forces
- Install the full BF2 v1.41 patch
- Install the BF2 v1.50 patch
After that is done you will need to play a round of BF2: SF. Check http://www.bf2s.com to make sure your profile counted time spent in Special Forces.
You will then need to unlock the Tier 1 Assault weapon, the G3. After you unlock the G3 you will be able to unlock the FN F2000
