go to "create new custom" .. and select the .50 barret, when you come across the list of like silencer, scope, etc.. go under thermal scope, it would say you need this and this..
then go back, and into challenges, and look up what it says you need to complete.

get 75 kills with it

you need to get the enough kills with the gun to unlock the acog scope. then equipt the acog and you have to get like 20-30 kills looking through the scope to unlock it.
