How much does the Israeli military rely on the US military gear etc?

I know the USA gives billions in aid to Israel every year. However I was wondering ruffly at what percentage does the Israeli military use the US military’s gear, weapons etc? Do we send over our own stuff for them to use ie M16, planes, bullets, bombs. Do they use their own military inventions of some other countries?

A lot of their normal infantry weapons and ground vehicles are made by them selves but planes and such usually are bought from the US.

they make most of their own stuff but they get a lot of their planes from the US
