I need to know what guns will fire rubber bullets?

March 7th, 2010 by eranio

As I do not want to kill ( which I know that even rubber can ) I would prefer to have a gun that will at lease stop them, then they will think twice before coming back.

I will would aim at the legs until they are down. I have military experience. Just not the kill part.

I am in Canada.

You can buy rubber bullets for most calibers out there.

That being said, what happens you when you shoot some junkie hopped up on PCP that has broken into your house at 3am, and is hell-bent on killing your family? I can almost guarantee that a rubber bullet isn’t going to change his mind. When you pump some good "copper coated candy" into his @ss the odds are more in your favor.

Like the person a few spots above stated a gun is always considered deadly force. If you shoot someone with a rubber bullet at close range it can still kill/maim that individual.

Get yourself a paintball gun turn up the psi a bit and find your self some rubber balls possibly like the ones you see in gum ball machines. This will not only be a way to shoot semi-auto. but would be funny as hell as those things went flying. I for one would be running my ass as fast as i could if i were being shot at.
and im sure they would hurt like hell

ANY GOOD 12 GAUGE SHOULD SEND YOUR MESSAGE. TRY "CHEAPER THAN DIRT" FOR NON LETHAL RNDS. http://WWW.CHEAPERTHANDIRT.COM

A gun is considered lethal force no matter what kind of ammo is in it. If you were to shoot someone with rubber bullets in a situation where lead would not be acceptable you would be using excessive force, jail time is probable. Only law enforcement can get away with using them on people.

Twelve gauge rubber shot and bullets are probably the easiest to find. Save them for animals.

Most any gun will fire rubber bullets but even in Canada this is NOT a good idea. If you are justified in using deadly force then you are justified. If you wound, cripple, maim or blind someone in a deadly-force justified situation because you used less-than-deadly force your motives for doing so will be called into question by the attorney suing you. You could lose big. Also, consider what would happen if you just happen to get the person assaulting you really, really mad.

Rubber bullets kill. Just ask protestors in Belfast.

You are misguided for trying to hurt someone. If you are not justified in killing a would-be attacker, you have no businesss shooting them at all.
