if only the u.s. military should be allowed to own guns in iraq then..?

   If they were to immitate us, our constitution calls for a state run well regulated militia with the people allowed to bear arms.

   Like most gun laws in the US it would do little good. As to the specifics in Iraq, much of the violence is committed using manufactured explosives delivered either by concealed "road side bombs" triggered by remote control, or suicide bombs driving cars packed with explosives. The proposed gun control measure would do little good in stopping such actions. It is also interesting to note that when confronted by the complaint of the peasant that they had no guns, Gen. Molotov is purported to have said, "kill a police man." Point being, where there is the will to fight, then people will fight.

   WE didnt go over there to play checkers. If we killed innocent people the way terriorist kill inacent people the war would be over in a blink . there familys would say stop or weil turn you in if they new, and eye for and eye yet you can never win a war when innocent people can get killed on ower side noing we cant do the same i for one would authorize to a point an eye for an eye . the same person loving you cousen ect is out there killing us . noing there never gone get turnedin. As long as the family is not threaten.IF the family new there life was in danger while there family members were out there killimg innocent americans they would turn them in in ablink .we faced this in Nam the one working for the military is steling ammo grenades E.C.T. at night . You will always lose even when you think your winning . WHEN YOUR FIGHTING A WAR WITH YOUR HANDS TIED PEOPLE SHOULD STAY OUT OF IT UNLESS THERE SUPPORTING THERE EXTENDED FAMILY IN THE MILATARY .EVEN BETTER BE THROWN OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND SENT TO THE COUNTRY THERE SUPPORTING NEVER TO COME BACK,
