Coded references to New Testament Bible passages about Jesus Christ are inscribed on high-powered rifle sights provided to the United States military by a Michigan company, an ABC News investigation has found.
The sights are used by U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan and in the training of Iraqi and Afghan soldiers. The maker of the sights, Trijicon, has a 0 million multi-year contract to provide up to 800,000 sights to the Marine Corps, and additional contracts to provide sights to the U.S. Army.
U.S. military rules specifically prohibit the proselytizing of any religion in Iraq or Afghanistan and were drawn up in order to prevent criticism that the U.S. was embarked on a religious "Crusade" in its war against al Qaeda and Iraqi insurgents.
How do you think this goes down in Muslim countrues and is this just not further evidence that Bush started holy wars in Iraq and Afghanistan?

Muslims perceive a whole lot more than even people in the US… thats why they so crazy for jihad, things like the NWO and the antichrist really drive the extremism.
There is so much antichrist symbolism out of the US culture and the Chrsitian crusade element isnt very well masked either. The wars benfit no one but Israel.

I think if you’re being shot at you couldn’t care less what’s written on the gun. I also think that many thousands of marines, soldiers, sailors, and airmen have served honorably in Iraq & Afghanistan over the years without knowing or caring whether or not there were secret references to the Bible on their weapons. As for your unfounded allegation that Bush sent our military over there to start a holy war, you’ll have to prove some link between Bush and the company producing the sights to even spark any interest on my part. To summarize, I think you’re making a huge deal out of a few small letters.

I guess you are one of those who believe everything you read? The Gl’s can decorate there own personal stuff. Guns are Government owned and common sense tells me that no one would risk losing there job by doing something so stupid. Please do not read everything you read, see on the tube, let alone repeat it until you checked it out. In this case contacting the company and ask them directly.
