For quality, the K98, it isn’t even a contest. In fact the K98 is the greatest of all time, in context of its influence on other firearms.
The SKS will put the most lead in the air of these 3, but we aren’t going to fight the Americans in Korea, are we?

i would say the Mauser Karabiner 98k because i like the caliber and its a bolt action.

the 91/30 is a bolt action as well and would be my pick. I am a big fan of the 7.62 family and this is my favorite. 30-06 power with low recoil

no one has made any gun better than the mauser maybe some as good now, but not back then

I would personally go with the Mauser 98k carbine. Nothing is like the smooth Mauser action.

The Mauser will win every time in my book. At least the Germans were halfway decent machinists, unlike the drunken Russians (blueprints and tolerances weren’t in the soviet principles of workmanship…).
That being said, my Krag or my 1903A1 will out-do any of those, any day of the week, under any conditions.
