1- I can’t believe one of your answerers had the gall to call conservatives non-violent. Non-violent people don’t go around starting wars on supposition alone. He seems to have chickenhawk confused with non-violent since rightwingers are notorious for begging to start fights they have no intention of taking part in (as also evidenced by the asker’s reference to OTHERS (they/them) overthrowing the government while he just whines about why it hasn’t been done on Y!A).
2- Are you really dense or just playing around? The military isn’t really conservative. Put down the Koolaid. Many frontliners are because they have to believe they’re risking their lives for something. I can’t blame them but they’re not exactly the most rational people either. It comes with the territory and before you start whining about my lack of support for the troops, I’m a vet.
3- The troops and their leaders are sworn to protect the US against all enemies foreign and domestic. Any person or force trying to illegally overthrow an elected US government is due in for the butt-whipping of a lifetime and they well know it.
You might have too if you hadn’t slept your way through basic US government. Take our fascist dictatorial tendencies to one of the many military regimes available in third-world regions everywhere and leave my country the hell alone.
