3rd world countries with just AK-47s, RPGs & good low tech guerilla warfare can defeat it relatively easily?

Yet, despite Iraqis owning machine guns and the country still not under control, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld pointed out that Baghdad is experiencing fewer murders than Washington, DC, where handguns are banned."
What is really being said about America here? That even a war-torn nation full machine gun toting "terrorists" is safer than America? Or that America should be more like Iraq?

Does the right to bear arms mean that gun owners should have the right to own military weapons? Does it mean that machine guns, 50 ca.sniper rifles ak 47s m16s etc are included in the bill of rights ? where do we draw the line on COMMON SENSE and responsible gun ownership ? why do some groups always take it to the extreem?

A Somali pirate spots a luxury yacht and discovers that it is perfect to hijack.
As they get closer… all hell breaks loose when the luxury yacht sailors arm themselves with AK-47s, rocket launchers, missile launchers.
Isn’t this the perfect way to stomp some pirate skulls? send in bait to lure the Somali pirates then secretly have the military close by and BAM SURPRISE ATTACK.
