The overwhelming majority of non-whites vote Democrat, and we’re armed to the teeth, with guns, assault rifles, explosives, military grade grenades, etc.
And we’re widely organized in every city in the USA. We have been preparing for war for 20 years. Every one of us, including our children, has the mentality of a soldier.
Republicans are deluded in thinking those who vote Democrat are all kumbaya peace-loving hippie types.

It seems to be one of the best or the best assault rifles in the world. Its reliability is legendary and power, not sure about the accuracy ? How come we dont, or do we?
Sorry folks, I ment to say does not

It just gives anti gun people fear and motivation
when all of these people want to ban them why do you keep calling your guns assault rifles.
The military uses fully automatic rifles because they know semi automatic is not a very good assualt rifle.

I am inquiring as to which firearms for use in the military by infantry currently hold the title as the world’s most expensive.
Examples of assault rifles – http://world.guns.ru/assault/as00-e.htm
Examples of submachine guns – http://world.guns.ru/smg/smg00-e.htm
Examples of handguns – http://world.guns.ru/handguns/hg00-e.htm
I am only trying to find the most expensive guns in these three particular categories. They do not have to be found in the above pages, they simply have to have the highest current market value in their respective categories.
Lastly, I do not own a gun presently and am not affiliated with the military or law enforcement agencies. I simply wish to have this information for my own personal reference.
To all people willing to answer this question for me, thank you in advance for your time and cooperation. Have a nice day.

Hi. I’m interested in possibly pursuing a military career. I’m a talented athlete and I’m clever, but I have no experience with rifles. I’ve lived in "the city" all my life, and I haven’t ever owned any firearms – or even really ever known anyone in particular who owns firearms. Anyway, because of my physical nature and personal interests, I’d like to consider becoming involved in Special Operations. I know I’ve got what it takes in most areas, but I’m totally unsure when it comes to guns. Does it matter that I didn’t grow up on a farm somewhere with lots of shooting and hunting every weekend? Could I practice and work my way up to a high level without having to have grown up as "a shooter"?
SOF operators obviously must be skilled marksmen. I’ve heard they must be 90% accurate at 600m with assault rifles… Is this true? If so, how long would it take a talented athlete to master accurate shooting? Remember, I didn’t grow up in the boonies with a rifle stashed under every pillow.
Thanks in advance!
Also, if you feel particularly helpful, feel free to include any tips for a first-time shooter. What should I begin with? How far away? The basics. I’m brand new to shooting. Thanks.

I have been asked to find out some research about Assault Rifles for a theatre project, more specifically the MP5. Could anyone tell me some info about the MP5?
Also, what is the MP5 like for firing long range? Are assault rifles dangerous to fire over long range when trying to cover say another person?

What are the gun laws for this state pertaining to assault rifles? And if they are legal to purchase, how much on average would one cost?
And I wasn’t interested in an airsoft replica, but the actual rifle itself
Ahh, so I’d only be able to buy a semi-automatic version instead…
@Pengalor: That’s exactly what I’ve been hearing too

I don’t think people should be allowed to own assault rifles, snipers, and shotguns because those are just mean to fully kill. A standard handgun is ok but why sell military class weapons?

I’m playing Call of Duty 3, and there are two achievements that deal with rifles.
One tells me to only use bolt action rifles, and the other says to use assault rifles.
I have saved the game right now, and I have a scoped Lee-Enfield and some German rifle. I used the same sort of weaponary, and I didn’t get the achievement.
So what is the difference between those two rifle types?

It has out performed all the other assault rifles in the "dust test." So why isn’t anyone using it?

ive seen this on several news shows and from what im getting out of it hes going to make it harder for regular civilians to get guns and raise the taxes on them i think 500% if not banning them altogether. i also heard one of them mention hes planning on cutting the military funding down by a 1/4. hows that possible when we are getting a 3.5% pay raise in january and over 27,000 marines and double army is due to go overseas
with the guns the news said he only supported concealed carry for retired police, what about military we are trained 200% better in the use of firearms of all types than police. what about people who own assault rifles, like myself.
if he cuts the military funding hows that going to affect people like me who served in the military for 10 years and plan on retiring from the armed forces, in my case the marines.

Hello,
I enjoy target shooting but I rarely take my assault rifles though. One of them was purchased by me ‘pre-ban’ and the others I purchased while on vacation in other states. Does anyone know the penalty if you get caught shooting an assault rifle in California? What about the one that I bought back in the 80’s? Is it okay to shoot that one even though it is an ar-15? Just wondering if anybody has dealt with this before. . . . Thanks, Randy

My definition is that it must be capable of full auto fire and in current use by one of the worlds modern armies. Civilian versions of military rifles are not assault rifles.

hunting rifles im ok with but hand guns and assault rifles are made to kill people. if we stopped making those available to the public i think gun violence would go down. no one is going to walk down the street with a 3 foot manual rifle.

assault rifles shoot rapidly also, right? what are the advantages of each?

I know the FN P90 was used in post-season 5 of SG-1 and all of Atlantis, but I saw that instead of the P90 or an SMG, they’re using full blown assault rifles in the premiere of Stargate Universe. Does anyone know what assault rifles these are?
My guess, from the look of them, is an M4 Carbine, but I’m no gun expert.
Thanks.

there are way better guns that can support way better answers. Say for instance the FN-FAL, C7, even the G36 imo are better than the M-16. I understand our military likes to diversify not only rounds 5.56 and 7.62 nato but wouldn’t it be better to use just one kick butt gun and one ammunition standard? your thoughts?
Wow I am learning a lot, I forgot about the m-4 though, and can see how purchasing foreign weapons can be a burden to the economy. Personally I think that the 7.62×51R are amazingly effective but agree that they are more expensive. The galil is a great rifle has good range and stopping power. The M40A1 is more of a sniper rifle though and I was more thinking on the lines of Assault rifles and semi’s. The HK line i believe is mostly for CQC but wouldn’t mind seeing them in action for urban warfare
. We still don’t see too many quality assualt rifles that use the 7.62×51. I know besides the FN-fal you there are the HK G3A3 and the AKM but those really dont outshine the m-16 by that much.
Ohhh ok now I see why I never seen the R-4 It’s gas operated… Hahha but it’s really a kick@$$ weapon!

I’m doing a report on assault rifles and I need to know what is the most dangerous and deadliest assault rifle in the world and why. If you can give me information on the cycle rates, weights, ranges and durability on all of the weaponry you mention it would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen many definitions.
One is that it is a weapon that can switch between semi-automatic and fully automatic fire. But, a Thompson sub-machine gun can also do this and it is not an assault rifle it is a submachinegun. Another definition is that it fires an intermediate round, something between a rifle round and a pistol round. An AR-15 fires an intermediate round and it is just a semiautomatic rifle that looks "mean"….I don’t consider it an assault rifle, it is just a semi-automatic rifle to me.
The phrase seems bogus to me. It seems that whenever someone wants to make a gun look "bad" they call it "assault rifle". "Assault" also means "attack" so it also seems like the definition depends on what you are using it for. You could assault someone with any rifle…does that mean a bolt action .22 cricket is an assault rifle too?
I feel that if there is no definite defintion that everyone honors and that we should just make up a new term and scrap "assault rifle".
I pretty much have a good idea of what they are, the definition dosn’t seem to be rock hard to me though. A lot of people seem to like to distort it into being something it isn’t. I tihnk we should make a new term and first thing make an accurate definition. Assault Rifle was supposedly coined by Hitler and was not really defined at the time of it’s making thus allowing for all manner of interpretations. I know several people who thing my SKS is an assult rifle just because because it has a bayonet, a grenade launcher and looks kind-of-ish-like an AK-47.
I just think Assault Rifle has been too over used, over defined and has just become a bad phrase.
Now select fire can’t be right because the MP43/44 is only semi-auto and full-auto. There is no burst fire mode. If we make it have 3 fire modes the original assault rifle will no longer be an assault rifle. If we count 2 fire modes things like Thompson’s will be assault rifles and they are not rifles. I find that every option contradicts itself in some way….this is a very complex problem, we are trying to undo 60 years of error.
