This so called war in Iraq was supposed to be easy. Why can’t the USA military beat a bunch of rag tag men with basic weapons? Could it be the USA bit off more than it can chew? The USA military is eating crow. How come the war supporters aren’t embarrassed about having their butts handed to them each and everyday?

Could it be "BECAUSE" the rag tag insurgents are hurting the USA military everyday? Could it be "BECAUSE" the American military is getting their butts handed to them everyday by the Insurgents who are using basic weapons and they are hurting the most powerful nation on earth? i recently purchased a bunch of old military equipment at a garage sale. i want to know how i can correctly identify what the various pieces of small and large arms ammunition are. they are in decent enough condition as to be able to real most/all of the numbers on the butts. they appear to be from ww1-ww2, possibly USA / German / Japanese , ranging from large rifle rounds to a ‘drill cartridge’ tank rounds (identified).
