Most small arms in service with the US military are foreign made.
FN (Belgian company)- M249 SAW, M240, M16, Browning m2
Beretta (Italy)- M9
Benelli (Italy)- M1014 shotgun
HK (Germany)- USP, MP5, HK416
My question is, why is Europe making our guns? Shouldn’t we? We could easily make just as good of a product.
BTW, I put browning m2 in FN, because FN owns browning
No actually I dont know why. A glock lacks a safety.
Colt still makes the M4. They sold the m16 design to Fabrique Nacional (FN)

Americans’ taxes are sent to Israel. Israel in turn buys weaponry from US. Israel attacks people with those weapons. Whether Palestinian military deserves it or not does not really matter to me. Americans are being soaked by government for taxes. Americans have no options in this and no say.
thank you for your answers, but "Trade" is when two parties produce something and exchange them based on some value system. If you think what is going on is "Trade" then give me 00 then I will buy a Glock from you which I then proceed to kill babies with? Does that sound like trade?

What weapons manufacturer make the best firearms for use by a modern military force for a variety of different roles.
Only out of Glock and Beretta please and for military not civilian use.
