I am a raider at my JROTC. i recently went to a tri-meet ( a compettion that consists of JROTC rifle, drill, and raider teams combined into an overall competition.) while there a friend and i saw another school wearing urban camofluage. we then argued wether or not it was regulation or not; or if it was even a military issued unifrom. this was because on future weapons i saw the swat team wearing a urban camo with black, white, and blue while the camo we saw was only black and white. So now my friend and i want to know…is there a urban camo for the military and if so what does it look like?

Last year one of my teachers (used to be in the military) knew I was going to join JROTC in high school and said it was a bunch of teenagers playing soldier, and that they should learn to shoot a rifle instead of spinning it. I don’t have any plans to join the military but do you think JROTC can help for a future in the military?
