I think the Vast majority of Americans are nothing but cowards, so quick to pull a weapon instead of learning an actual style of fighting, that’s why we have so many senseless, stupid deaths on a regular basis. Does anyone feel that if America where to Abolish guns or even tighten the laws would this be a better safer place, and only leave guns for law enforcement and military.

Does anyone know if federal or New York state law allows for a permit for the possession of firearms which are normally considered prohibited, if they can be considered historical artifacts? Example: Fully automatic weapons are prohibited except to law enforcement & military; can someone own a WWI or WWII machine gun in full working order, based on historical significance?

go door to door in the United States demanding the firearms of all the citizenry? It has already happened in New Orleans after Katrina. That was a test. A test of the military’s willingness and of the people’s compliance.
It will very likely happen again on a grand scale. I hope those who have sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States (all military and law enforcement personnel) will remember their oath and recognize an unlawful order when they receive it.
Prepare yourselves for the second revolution.

to all those who didn’t know here’s a link
I have personally seen the video of national guard troops working together with the police to accomplish this door to door seizure. It was not just the police. Some people say that is fine but if they ever pull that stunt in a "red" county there will be bloodshed. Just a fact of the good ol’ U.S. of A.
Ok I have confirmed the video I saw which contained the footage of National Guard troops banging on doors in New Orleans demanding firearms is non other than America: From Freedom to Fascism by Aaron Russo. This is a full length film and everyone needs to see it. Available everywhere on the web look for it.

Just the other day, a cop brought in his fully automatic rifle in a gun shop to have it repaired. What do cops use fully automatic rifles for? Are law enforcement and military the only agencies that can legally be in possession of fully automatics?

HURRICANE KATRINA>>>WHY did you turn against your constitution and WE THE PEOPLE when you are not legally obligated to protect us . A national guardsmen made the comment, it was surreal and he couldn’t believe it was happening in his own country. It was also extremely ILLEGAL by our constitution, and if it were my gun, I would not just being suing law enforcement down there, I would sue the national guard. (government) for violating my 2nd amendment rights.
Politics and government have replaced the patriotism in americans ?? and the constitution and we the people ???? Just want you to know what happened if you dont know, and question WHY it happened and also WHY are all our military being maimed, and more going in ? We dont have enough soldiers here to protect our borders, or the citizens now. THINK,,why would a president want that ?

Need to know for legal reasons, my niece’s boyfriend is a wacko who served in Afghanistan, who has beat her, poured gas on her, aimed a military issued sniper rifle at her, and constantly threatens to blow up the house she lives in. So, is the weapons illegal, and if so, who do I contact when I do not know his last name. BTW, I have called 911 myself and local law enforcement doesn’t have the power to do anything just going by someone’s word. And, doubt seriously she will talk against him.
Who exactly would I call or contact about this? She is scared and confused, and I believe that she is scared to let someone know, but apparently the sheriff’s dept. already knows something because they mentioned it to me. They said that they cannot go by hearsay, with that said I understand. Isn’t there another source to contact? If, you know and would not wish to publish the information here please contact me personally at summerlin126@yahoo.com. Thanks for all your answers

Really what the heck does a citizen need with a machine/submachine gun/assault rifle? I can understand a historical war collecter wanting them but nobody else obviously needs them since we have militay branches and law enforcement to protect us. If Hawkins’ (The Omaha mall shooter) relative didn’t have the AK47 to begin with there probably wouldn’t have as many people killed.
