In these days of international terrorism, should we get these gun toting bible bashers off the streets?
should the church have a para military arm?
Is there a salvation army base?
i guess the collection tins, cant stretch to a salvation air force, or navy?
What about a salvation intelligence agency? for spying on the mormons?
They could pass messages in coded hym books.

This question is in regards to the FN P90. I know there are the fully automatic versions (only law enforcement and military can buy) and the civilian legal semi-automatic only model (PS90). I’m guessing once I get into the Navy I can buy a real P90, but what happens after I’m out of the Navy? Do I still get to keep it, and do I have to make any modifications to it to make it civilian legal when I’m out of the military? Also, is there a ton of paperwork involved?

When I was in Iraq, we had some Navy personel that had never fired a rifle in their life, and the Marines of other Navy people had to show them how to use them. I believe that all branches need to qualify all personel on the M-16A2 and the M-9. The Marines and Army are required to qualify on the basic infantry/ riflemen weapons, such as the M-16, SAW, M-60, M-203 grenade launcher, laws rocket (forgive me if they no longer use the LAWS rocket), claymore mine, and a few others I have forgotten about. The other branches should be required to qualify o the m-16 and M-9 and familiarized with the same weapons that the above mentioned are used by the Marines and Army on a regular basis. What do you think?

I am considering joining the military but I have no interest in shooting a gun at a living target. Suggestions on where to begin research or what it is like in different branches? I am thinking about the Navy, but only because they seem to have more art based careers available.

I wanna join the military when I grow up, but I wanna know what service is best. I’m talking military as marines, navy battalions, or whichever service has a low death rate ,but you still get to hold a gun.

Aren’t these military acadamies for boys just a place to put troubled teens? This boy is bright and will make a great pilot someday he just needs to know the right steps to take to be an outstanding candidate.
I mean Top Gun in the Navy. What do you know about these military schools for boys though?

Hi, I’ve never been in the army or anything nor do i plan to, and i want to know if i could privately own a military weapon or do i need a permit or something? I want to get SPAS-12 and my dad was in the navy if that could count. If it varies on state i’m in PA.

I know the Navy is a part of the military, but it seems "less military" than the Army or the Marines. I am going to join the Navy, and it would be nice to use guns, or at least really know how.

Are there jobs in the navy where i can be something of a Biological weapons engineer or a chemical weapons engineer? Or just a plain old weapons engineer? And what are the official titles and standards to get into that position?

i leave for the navy very soon. my rank will be nuclear engineering. 6 years service and 2 in reserves. what are the chances that i will be obliterated in a war, if there is one? is it smart to join the military for such a long period now days?
i like to take risk, but now stupid risk.
plus. i have to be on a nuclear sub or an aircraft carrier so that is i great target for an enemy.
*a great target

I am very conflicted as to which branch of the military I’d like to join through OCS. I’m seeking the branch that will have the most options for training, expertise and opportunities. While the Marines are enticing to me because of the rifle training and emphasis on infantry, I want to make sure I would have options to branch out beyond infantry. Would the Marines provide that, or are there more opportunities in the Army or Navy?

I am a junior in high school. I am going into the Navy a year after i graduate. I want to be prepared for what they are going to put me through. I am overweight as well. I just want to know how to fight the way i need to. I would prefer "face to face" help but i can deal with email help too.
