Without international aid, how can the opinions of many be heard under a dictatorship government who has the right to the nation’s arms?
What if it was a large nation with nuclear weapons? Would the UN sacrifice freedom (or so to speak) for fear of a powerful government however corrupt or wrong (perspectively) it may be?

If, at some point within the next few years, either Israel or America (or both) attack Iran to halt their alleged production of nuclear weapons, what would be the economic consequences for the region and for the world?
I have read things that suggest that gas in the USA could be /per gallon is war is made against Iran. And that such an attack would produce an ever widening war, where things could only get worse.
What will happen if Iran is attacked?

Wake up, its not. Its what we do now and it doesn’t work. As long as you terrorize one group another group will want to bring you down. Eventually others will join & it’ll lead to a massive war, which in the day of nuclear weapons will only be a lost war for any side.

unfortunately, our forefathers didn’t have enough foresight when writing the Second Amendment. the PURPOSE of the Second Amendment is for the citizens to be able to keep weapons so that they are ever faced with a tyrannical government, they can revolt. anybody who thinks that our current government is tyrannical, please refrain from answering this question, as you are crazy.
if the Second Amendment is interpreted as citizens are allowed to have any and all weapons that they can, this means that citizens have the Constitutional right to own nuclear weapons, assault weapons, chemical weapons, military weapons, etc. etc. should there be a limit??
i’m not sure what wording i would use, but i would definitely outlaw hand guns (most important), assault rifles, extended magazines and other dangerous accessories, and any other firearm that is easily concealable or used for anything other than hunting. weapons used for hunting are plenty for self defense, and they are not easily concealable.
what do u think? do you REALLY think that things are fine the way they are now??

A) Follow the orders of the government,
You would not be allowed to leave your home.
Your food would be brought to you.
Military forces would be present.
All Firearms and self defense weapons would be seized.
Television stations would shut down. (Leaving one channel to broadcast federally approved information)
Anyone that has been convicted of any crime would be detained if not killed.

And most citizens would be detained without Habeas Corpus.

A reason very possible,
Say the Iranians provoke the United States in to war, a war approved by congress. Then the use a nuclear device provided by North Korea. The US will then institute the draft because the UN would place sanctions on us if we used nuclear weapons our selves. Causing us to go bankrupt with the World Bank, anyhow the US would institute the draft and a lot of people would go, some wouldn’t. Then Iran uses biological weapons killing thousands of our troops. We would send more troops, not realizing that Iran has been sending troops through South America. Soon Iranian forces would cross the Mexican border and begin an assault on US soil. Badda boom Badda Bang. Martial Law.

If the terrorist are protected by groups in Pakistan and the government there cannot deal with those groups or allow our military to attack, should we repect their sovereignty and should we conduct policy as usual?

In over 3 years of US fighting in Iraq & Afganhistan there are as many terrorists in those countries as before 9/11. The US military has allowed a pychopath leader in N. Korea to obtain nuclear weapons that can easily be given to Al Qaeda and Iran, part of the axis of evil, will soon have nuclear weapons. Earlier this year, Obama promised that he would 1. cut investments in "unproven" missile defense systems, 2. slow the development of future combat systems, and 3. not develop new nuclear weapons.

The US has killed innocents the world over. Nuclear weapons in Japan, terror and torture in Iraq, terror bombings of innocents in Afghanistan, funding dictatorships in Latin AMerica, mass murder in Vietnam. They continue to possess WMD, develop horrifc weapons and tell the worl it can do what it wants. I think the US is a terror state and its military should be listed as a terror group and have all funds cut off. Do you agree?

compared to most modern armys the american military has always had "obsolete" weapons. why do they continue to produce and use terribly engineered material. a perfect example being world war 2 every thing the Americans had all the other countries had it and it was better (excluding nuclear weapons)

I am starting a LD (lincoln douglas) debate with the resolution, "It is just for the United States to use military force to prevent the acquisition of nuclear weapons by nations that pose a military threat." I need sources of information for anything that helps me with this. Iran is going to get nuclear weapons in a year, two at the most. Yes there is a good chance that Israel will launch a air strike against Iran to destroy their capability to make nuclear weapons but will most likely fail. With Obama in the White House it is a lot less likely that the United States will take any kind of military action against Iran for using nuclear weapons on Israel.
