What is a strength of America? Everyone has their options on what they think is a strength or a weakness. In my point of view the military is one of the biggest strengths America has.
The military has been around for a tremendously long time. Before 1972 conscription (also known as drafting) was used during war and during the peace. After 1972 the military is made up of volunteers willing to fight for there country. All these volunteers make the American military one of the largest militaries in the world.
First, the military has the best technology. This includes all the firearms, artillery, ammunition, armor, ground vehicles, aircraft, robots, and communications. All these technologies make it easier, and safer for the volunteers fighting in the war to come back home safely. Second, the training for a military the size we have is superior. The service members are physically, technically and psychologically trained. Depending on which branch of the military the service member may have to go on for more training. Third, after a member of the military retires from the military this person can now go the college for free, they also now have health benefits. Our military is one of the best taken care of on and off the military bass.
Serving in the military is no longer a drafting thing its pure voluntary. Many of families have lost loved ones, but its nothing to grief over. Its an honorary dead. Think of all the men and women risking their lives to keep America free and safe.

I’m quite positive if we didn’t get involved in other countries’ affairs, we would be fine with a military 1/8 it’s current size…Ron Paul, almost every leftist, and many independents see military reductions as logical. so why don’t we reduce the size of our military? we can cut back on it by about 250 billion a year, and then we’d be able to not see education and social services suffer anymore.

again, why do we need such a large military? is it really necessary to be the world’s most powerful nation? why can’t we just have enough manpower to keep ourselves safe and be done with it?

Did you know President Eisenhower sent the first troops into Vietnam?

Roosevelt didn’t have any and when France fell and England came under siege in 1940, he began to send Great Britain all possible aid short of actual military involvement.

When the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, Roosevelt directed organization of the Nation’s manpower and resources for global war.

Clinton didn’t have a military background. He successfully dispatched peace keeping forces to war-torn Bosnia and bombed Iraq when Saddam Hussein stopped United Nations inspections for evidence of nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons.

I really thought Isreal would win
I still think Isreal has a very strong air force but that’s all they have

with all these tanks and smart bombs u lose against few guys

they proved they have the worst ground troops and defense systems in the world .
3000+ missile (even home made) land in Isreal
where is the most advanced anti missile systems

my advice is: safe your self and never touch Iran , since you can not win against a "few weak soilders"

if i have a beer glass factory, do i want more people drink beer or not? now if i produce weapons do i want peace or war? it is hypocratic for people like Bush who represent military corporations to even talk about peace. the countries who make so much profit on making weapons do not want peace! they pour oil on fire and create war so they can sell their weapons, right?

I’ve watched guides and such i’ve learned the basics, but if someone would write down tips. Like i’m not good with runners i can’t snipe a runner to well.
