There really arent any "best guns". If you want a spring sniper rifle, look at either getting a VSR-10 by Tokyo Mauri or a JG Bar-10. Both guns are good if you want to upgrade them as well.
If you want a gas rifle, look at the Tanakas.
However, if you havent been a sniper before, dont be sure you will like it. It isnt like in the video games and movies, you have to sit still for long periods of time to be effective. And to REALLY be effective, you are going to have to upgrade your rifle to be able to "reach out and tap someone"
Most people who buy sniper rifles end up regretting it, and sticking with assault.
