Is a UTG sniper rifle any good, All I’m looking to do is accurately shoot cans etc. If not UTG what should I get? I want a bolt action single shot for not grossly expensive. Thank you!

Not particularly, there are better brands out there. Define "grossly expensive". But here’s my best guess for your unknown price range:

(you gotta buy the bipod separate if you want it)

Everyone knows the Bar-10 is the best bolt action… and if you don’t you probably don’t know what airsoft is either… Bar 10 has best accuracy and when upgraded has best fps and range

well all spring guns are really good and in my opinion UTG are the best spring rifles they are dead accurate to. The best bb’s to use are .28 gram even though they dont go as far as others they hurt alot more and will hit ever target. Also the wind does not really affect them.

For your purposes (assuming that you don’t plan to shoot from much further than 100 feet away), a UTG rifle should work fine. If, however, you plan to play the game in a serious fashion, than you would be better off not getting a sniper rifle at all unless you’re willing to spend the many hundreds of dollars it takes to build a successful rifle.
