How about an artillery piece that fired a nuclear warhead. Think about it for a second.
They were actually built though…
I read a few years back about a floating military base that could be broken up into pieces and transported anywhere in the world. I don’t think that one every got off the ground though.

in 1967 in aberdeen Md. a tri pod mounted fully automatic shotgun was tested it was a 12 gauge the answer about the nuke artillary has been in use for many years

there are a few things out there i will tell u but all of them are designed but not fully developed though…
1. idk know the name of it but they are coming out with a rifle in britain to replace the M-16 we use in America’s armed forces. mainly because the M-16 is a very long weapon and cannot be used in Iraq very efficiently. sadly i do not no name the name of the rifle.
2. i also know that they are working on a suit for invisible soldiers if i heard that correctly. you can check if you would like….future weapons was were i saw that
3. just some kool stuf u could look up- Abrams tank….apache attack helicopter….gold ak47 (there is believe it or not a real one that asada bienladen had or one of those wanted people over in Iraq)…..if u look hard enough to on google.com/images you can find people that have been killed by a shot in the head with a 50cal sniper rifle (those are very brutal)

They built a nuclear powered jeep once, but they found the crew testing it dead in the desert.
They built a nuclear powered aircraft.
NOTE: whats wierd about artillery that fires nuclear shells ?
We still have them today.
You fire a shell that has a blast area of maybe a mile , and you can fire it 20 miles away.
