What are some failed military inventions?

I saw a show called "Modern Marvels" and it showed an episode on failed military inventions. I forgot what the episode was called and i searched some research and couldn’t find the episode or anything on failed military weapons. I was hoping u guys would please post a link of the episode or a website of military failed weps.
