Like on the military channel, if anyone is familiar with the show "Weaponology", what do you call those people who work with guns, give me anything. Gun engineer, weaponologist, mechanincal engineer, like someone who improves guns? Adds add-ons, just in general someone who studies and works with guns?

Studies weapons/guns? That could be any body from a terrorist to a gun smith. I would think to design guns Mechanical Engineering would be a good degree.
