50 cal sniper, seems to be the strongest. usually 1 hit kill
the tar is awesome close range m16 awesome mid to long range
heartbeat sensor is a must have attachment
fmj is 2nd, silencer is 3rd.
depending on your 2nd perk depends on your 2nd bling attachment, fmj or silencer.
the best all depends on how you play.

50 cal is the best single shot with a silencer on it and a thermal sensor on certain in my opinon

Single shot would have to be the intervention and semi would have to be .50 Cal sniper. Assuming you are still talking about snipers for rest of questions. infrared scope and heart beat sensor are pretty good attachments. Steady aim and double tap are good investments as well.

I use a WA2000 and its usually a one shot one kill except if you hit them in the legs..but mine is stock and gets me kills. not alot of recoil either
