it’s the M14 EBR. It’s just called that to familiarise COD4 players with the M21 feature in Modern Warfare.

There isn’t such a rifle which exist which is called a M21 EBR. There’s a M14 EBR which is what you’re probably looking for.
M21 Rifle is a marksman rifle of the M14 which was the Army’s standard issued marksman rifle in Vietnam era.
EBR stands for Enhanced Battle Rifle, which is basically a M14 which is able to mount varieties of optics and accessories which a normal M14 can’t. Look up M14 EBR or Mk. 14 Mod 0 Enhanced Battle Rifle and you should find what you’re looking for.

I’d look on the site where you find out how to "join" the 75th Ranger Regiment as a HALO-diver-sniper-sapper. I’m pretty sure they’ll have info there.

Why would you ever want that over an Intervention or Barrett .50 cal?

You are asking a video game question an military area?

The M21 EBR in MW2 is really a Mark 14 Mod 0 EBR and really isn’t a sniper rifle or have the M21 designation in real life. Imagine that something in a video game that isn’t real.
