what type of work outs should i do to prepare for the military?

what type of work outs should i do to prepare for the military? what should they expect me to do? Also, is there as many front line (w/ guns) jobs in the navy as the army? thanks

    3mile runs,push ups,sit ups,pull ups.Do as many as you can!But you will judged by your age.

    Push-Ups Sit ups Running…. Cardio work out, Ab workout and etc

    They expect you to pass your 1:1:1 assesment so find out what that is and just work on it once you are certain you will pas your 1:1:1 APFT work out on being able to do and pass your 2:2:2 the real APFT
