I need to know the most advanced assault rifle made today or ever

    It depends on what you want in an assault rifle. Many European models are light weight short and medium ranged assault rifles with little attachment support. Some models "break" allowing to remain in cover while shooting around corners. The M-16A4 is a little heavier, has many attachment supports and has a longer effective range. The K-11 from South Korea has airburst rounds, but is probably the most heavy assult rifle.

    IMHO probably the SCAR.

    it is hard to say but, i think it is AK-103, and many AK 100 series.
