When Do You Think The Next Assault Rifle Ban Will Be?
Hi all. I am a concerned owner of an Bushmaster AR-15 and a Ruger Mini-14. I would like to perhaps add 7.62×39 rifle to my collection. My question is, will there be a new AR ban with the new president in office. If so, when do you think it may be. I heard RUMORS of it starting up in August. Also, will the price of .223 ammunition go up? Its already expensive enough for such a small cartridge. Thanks for all your help.

we know that he WILL impose a new version of the A.W.B., with more firearms listed and wants it to be permanent. Even his new AG has said they will bring it back. What we don’t know is when. The original plan was to wait until after the mid term elections in 2010 to try to get more Dem’s in both houses so they could jam any legislation thru while the Republicans were powerless to stop them. But, Hillary is already saying they will make this new laws against firearms a priority to stop the illegal smuggling into mexico (last time I looked they were being smuggled to the U.S FROM mexico) and that a virtual flood of anti gun laws will follow Prices go up? darn right they will, you ain’t seen nothing yet. My kids went to a gun show today. They thought they would be nice and pick me up a box of primers. 1 box (1000) of federal large pistol magnum primers for $65.00!!!!! (which I don’t even use) I thanked them for thinking of me, but told them the guy was a crook, and not to buy anything more unless I was there to check on the deal. They then told me some people there had them for $120.00 for one box!
I don’t care who you are, that’s just plain highway robbery and greed. Plus, we found out that they allowed local businesses in the night before and they bought up all the primers and powder before the public even had access today.
shoot safe (if you can afford the cost of ammo)

obama placing restrictions on gun ownership was just some false propaganda created by the republicans to try and win the election and discredit obama
he has no interest in taking away our guns or even imposing restrictions on them
he has way too much on his plate to handle as it is
gun laws are placed on the state level. so if your state did impose a restriction its all in your local government, not the federal.
it would be up to your governor to decide gun laws, not the president
as of 2009 there has never been one federal imposition against gun ownership. its all at the state level, so actually obama has nothing to do with it
also if he even did suggest imposing any restrictions on guns conservatives from around the nation would be on his ass so quickly that his head would spin
read your magazines from the nra, but also don’t believe everything they say, afterall they do support republican

As soon as he can…right now he has too much problems to deal with… You will see this Ban Bill very soon… Got it while you can. Look for Wolf .223 at your local gun show in 500 rounds boxes…

It is hard to tell. BHO was a gun banner before he became President. I bought an AR-15 the day after he was elected. Eric Holder said that it was time to start thinking about banning some weapons on Feb 25. 3 days later I bought a Springfield XD-45 with a high capacity magazine. Slick Willey’s wife has mentioned gun bans. There are several bills floating around in Congress to ban at least what was banned by the Federal government in 1994. There are others that ban just about anything the is semi-automatic.

Who knows with that chump?
So far, the latest news that I heard on this subject is that some 65 Democrats in the House of Representatives have signed a letter to the First Puppet that they will not support any new gun restrictions. Interestingly enough, that’s when all of these high-profile shooting incidents started.
Still, since there is a section of the Constitution which prohibits ex post facto laws, you should be able to keep the guns you already have even if such a Satanically-inspired bill should get passed.

They are focusing on outlawing ammo and reloading Components right now.
They know, that they can not enslave an armed population.
So they have to strip away the rights, a little at a time.
