Would you be comfortable in this crowd or would you leave?

PHOENIX – About a dozen people carrying guns, including one with a military-style rifle, milled among protesters outside the convention center where President Barack Obama was giving a speech Monday — the latest incident in which protesters have openly displayed firearms near the president.

Phoenix has a very high crime rate. Given the proven higher preponderance of nutcases, I’d leave before someone lost it and started spraying bullets.

Point being that nobody can really predict which person is sane enough to own a firearm.

I’d stay. If I get shot they go to jail. So I rely on their common sense.

I would feel quite comfortable among my fellow Americans.

Sure. You would be surprised how many people you walk by each day have a gun on them. Most people who have guns ain’t dangerous people. Again, I said MOST.

In a crowd of freedom loving Americans exercising their constitutional rights? Very comfortable

    Not good.

  8. libs can't help their idiocy

SInce they have all been peaceful and people just expressing their second amendment rights, I would be fine with it. Unlike the riots that usually happen when liberal idiot loons get together.

  9. I love yanking your chain

I am so ashamed of this state. McCain has lost my vote. I will actively work to get him defeated. I hope one of the gun wackos shoots somebody–that’s in keeping with the right wingnut.

I’d feel comfortable. I’d probably start talking with those guys. I’d leave if I thought anything violent was going to happen, but if they’re not waving them around, or looking like they’re contemplating it, there’s nothing wrong with it. It’d just be like talking to them on the shooting range.
